We are a social enterprise that is on a mission to activate systemic, tech-enabled program interventions in schools to bring transformative change in learning.
The Problem
A student who misses the bus of reading and writing may eventually leave school due to a lack of sufficient support in understanding advanced learning material. This often leads to a self-perpetuating cycle of poverty, where an individual steps into adulthood without a fair opportunity to live a dignified life.
At Edtivate, we firmly believe that breaking the cycle of poverty is achievable by fostering engaging classrooms that help children unlock their full potential during their formative learning years. Currently, we're collaborating with government and non-government institutions to cultivate a classroom atmosphere that promotes meaningful teacher-student interactions.
Our Solution
At Edtivate, we look to improve learning outcomes in the schooling system, by enabling ‘meaningful teacher-student interaction’. If a child is meaningfully and effectively engaged in the classroom by the teacher, she attends classes regularly, engages in learning, and in turn, achieves learning.
We believe that truly transformative change in schools occur via micro-improvements, that are staggered, easy to implement, and independently sustainable. Together with school leadership and stakeholders, we co-create these micro-improvement solutions that are high-quality and scalable to achieve improved student engagement with a focus on academic outcomes.

Pedagogical Leadership program – based on 5A Model.
This is Edtivate’s flagship program that enables you to build instructional leadership capacity in your school. It is based on an internationally published and widely used 5A model of lesson planning: Aim, Activate, Analyse, Apply, Assess.
Reforming School for Excellence (RISE) Program
RISE is a multi-year systemic reform programme that takes a holistic systems transformation approach through Academic, Administrative, and Institutional reforms. The reforms are carried out with the help of enabler initiatives targeting every stage of the learning cycle to ensure well-rounded development of the education ecosystem. Includes, interventions addressing lesson plans, assessments, leadership development, improving systems and processes along with regular monitoring and evaluation of the impact on learning outcomes and capacity building of teachers and school leaders.
