Delete Account Request

At Edtivate, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving users full control over their data. If you would like to delete your EdCoach account, please follow the steps below.

1. Fill out the form below with your registered email address and mobile number.
2. Our support team will verify your identity.
3. Your account and personal data will be deleted within 7 business days of verification.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

This form is intended for users of the EdCoach mobile application, developed by Edtivate, who wish to permanently delete their account and personal data.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Mobile Number
• School/Organization Name
• Designation
• Any observations or data submitted by you (unless retained by your organization)

Data That May Be Retained

• Log files (retained for up to 30 days)
• Aggregated, non-personal usage data
• Data required by your school or organization under their agreement with Edtivate
