Welcome to EdCoach, a mobile application developed by Edtivate. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of EdCoach. By using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EdCoach, you confirm that you are authorized by your school or educational organization and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
- User Eligibility
The app is intended for use by authorized school staff and consultants, including:
- Teachers
- School Coordinators
- Principals
- Non-Teaching Staff
- External Educational Consultants
You must be affiliated with a registered school/organization to use EdCoach.
- User Accounts
When you register or are registered by your school, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information (Name, Email, Mobile Number, School/Organization Name, Designation).
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
- Permitted Use
You may use EdCoach only for educational purposes including:
- Conducting and participating in classroom observations
- Managing internal school projects
- Collaboration with other users in your institution
You must not use the app to:
- Violate any local, state, or national laws
- Upload harmful or inappropriate content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Data Privacy
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using EdCoach, you consent to such collection and use.
- Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and materials in the app are the property of Edtivate or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
- Termination of Use
Edtivate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to EdCoach at any time for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Misuse of the application
- Upon request from your affiliated institution
- Limitation of Liability
Edtivate is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the application. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of EdCoach after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
